Instead of just suggesting I pick a different color, these folks ordered it directly from the manufacturer. After that, Rory from their Strand location kept in touch with me every day to ensure it arrived on time, even providing different courier options to suit my needs. These folks truly exemplify outstanding customer service. No doubt about it, they’re my go-to for luggage.
